Quick Access Usage

This guide shows how to add, manage, and use Quick Access items in your daily workflow.

  1. Right-click any tab in the sidebar
  2. Select “Pin to Quick Access”
  3. The tab is added with its current title and URL
  1. Go to SettingsQuick Access
  2. Click “Select from History”
  3. Set days (how far back to search) and URL limit
  4. Grant permission if prompted
  5. Select items and click “Add Selected”

Single Click: Opens according to your link preferences With Modifier Keys: Ctrl/⌘ (new tab), Shift (new window), Alt (custom)

In Icon View:

  • Click colored button or favicon cluster
  • Action depends on your “Group Click Action” setting

Group Actions:

  • Expand Icons: Shows favicon grid popup
  • Expand List: Shows detailed list popup

In List View:

  • Click to expand/collapse group
  • Click individual items within group

Individual Items:

  • Edit: Change title, URL, opening behavior
  • Delete: Remove from Quick Access
  • Copy: Copy link, title, or as Markdown

Groups:

  • Edit: Modify group settings, add/remove URLs
  • Restore Group: Recreate as browser tab group
  • Delete: Remove entire group
  1. Right-click any Quick Access item
  2. Select “Edit”
  3. Click “Add” to include more URLs
  4. Set group name and color
  5. Save changes

Drag and Drop (Icon View):

  1. Click and hold any item
  2. Drag to new position
  3. Release to reorder
  4. Changes save automatically
  • Compact icons with tooltips
  • Groups as colored buttons or favicon clusters
  • Quick access and modifier key support
  • Full titles and URLs
  • Searchable content
  • Keyboard navigation (arrow keys, Enter, Escape)
  • Expandable groups with counts

Switch between modes based on your preference for quick access versus detailed information.
